Prospective authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that are not under consideration elsewhere. The journal welcomes theoretical, empirical, and experimental research contributing to advancements in medical science, healthcare, and research innovations. All submissions are evaluated based on academic rigor, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
Steps for Submission and Publication
Step 1: Manuscript Preparation
Prepare your manuscript with standard academic sections, including:
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Methodology
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- References
Authors must ensure that the manuscript follows the Journal’s prescribed formatting guidelines.
Step 2: Online Submission
Submit your manuscript through the journal’s online submission system by completing the required submission form.
Step 3: Acknowledgement of Submission
An acknowledgement email will be sent to the corresponding author upon successful submission.
Step 4: Initial Editorial Screening
A member of the editorial board will conduct a preliminary evaluation (desk review) to assess:
- Scope alignment
- Originality
- Basic academic quality
- Compliance with submission guidelines
Manuscripts not meeting these criteria may be rejected at this stage.
Step 5: Double-Blind Peer Review
Eligible manuscripts are forwarded for a double-blind peer review process, where both reviewers and authors remain anonymous.
Step 6: Evaluation Criteria
Each manuscript is assessed on the following 10 key criteria:
- Relevance and appropriateness of the Title and Research Topic
- Scholarly and academic quality
- Logical flow and continuity of the article
- Effective use of theoretical framework
- Novelty and originality of the research
- Technical accuracy and methodological soundness
- Clarity of concepts, illustrations, and explanations
- Depth of critical analysis
- Quality and relevance of references
- Clarity and validity of conclusions
Step 7: Review Decision and Notification
Authors will receive a decision email (acceptance/revision/rejection) after the review process.
Note: The review timeline typically ranges from a few days to a few weeks, depending on reviewer availability and manuscript complexity.
Step 8: Publication Fee (APC)
Upon acceptance, authors are required to pay the Article Processing Charge (APC) as per journal policy. Proof of payment (receipt/screenshot) must be submitted for verification.
Step 9: Copyright & Author Declaration
Authors must:
- Download and complete the Copyright Transfer Form.
- Submit the Author Declaration/Undertaking Form.
- Ensure all details are correctly filled and signed.
These documents must be submitted along with payment proof.
Step 10: Final Publication
After verification of documents and payment, the manuscript is scheduled for publication in the current or upcoming issue.
Step 11: Certification & Access
- A publication confirmation email will be sent to all authors.
- E-certificates (digital certificates) will be issued to all contributing authors.
- Authors can also download certificates and access their paper through their user dashboard.
