Peer Review
Peer review is a fundamental mechanism in scholarly publishing that ensures the integrity, quality, and credibility of research. It serves to evaluate the originality, validity, and academic contribution of submitted manuscripts while promoting ethical research practices. All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a double-blind peer review process, wherein the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed from each other. This approach minimizes bias and ensures an impartial and objective evaluation of the research work.
The journal maintains a diverse panel of reviewers from various countries and academic disciplines, enabling the evaluation of interdisciplinary research across multiple subject areas. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise relevant to the manuscript’s domain. The journal strictly adheres to internationally recognized ethical standards and editorial practices as recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Editors and reviewers are required to follow these guidelines to ensure transparency, fairness, and academic integrity throughout the review process.
Review and Publication Process
The editorial and review workflow of the journal is structured as follows:
1. Initial Editorial Screening
Upon submission, the manuscript is assessed by an editor with subject expertise to evaluate its scope, relevance, and basic quality. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s standards may be rejected at this stage without external peer review.
2. Reviewer Assignment
Manuscripts passing the initial screening are assigned to qualified reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area and, where applicable, language proficiency.
3. Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers assess the manuscript based on the following criteria:
- Relevance of Title to the Content
- Scholarly and Academic Quality
- Logical Flow and Continuity
- Application of Theoretical Framework
- Novelty and Originality
- Technical Accuracy and Validity
- Clarity of Explanation and Illustrations
- Critical Analysis and Depth
- Quality and Relevance of References
- Strength and Clarity of Conclusions
Each criterion is evaluated, and an overall score is assigned.
4. Review Outcome
Based on reviewer feedback, the manuscript may be:
- Accepted
- Accepted with Minor or Major Revisions
- Rejected
5. Revision Process
Authors are required to address reviewer comments and resubmit the revised manuscript within one month. Failure to do so will result in the manuscript being treated as a new submission.
6. Acceptance Criteria
Manuscripts are accepted for publication only if they achieve a minimum score of 75% based on the reviewer’s evaluation.
7. Final Editorial Decision
After successful peer review, the manuscript undergoes final editorial checks, including formatting and language editing, before publication.
